Shipping Costs

UK Shipping: £5.99 flat rate
International Shipping: £19.99 flat rate

Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout.


Processing Time

Once your banner design has been approved and production is complete, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 working days.

Please note: Our standard production time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks from design approval. The 1 to 2 day processing time applies after your banner has been made.


Shipping Method

UK Orders
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed 24 Hour service. This is our only shipping option to ensure your banner arrives safely and can be tracked every step of the way.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel's journey.

International Orders
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service. Delivery times vary depending on your location, typically 5 to 10 working days, but customs clearance may cause additional delays.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.


Packaging

We take great care to ensure your banner arrives in perfect condition.

Medium Banners (Mini, Small, Medium sizes):
Wrapped in tissue paper and securely packaged in a cardboard box.

Large Banners (Large and X-Large sizes):
Wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a secure poly bag for protection during transit.


Delivery Timeframes

UK Delivery:
Royal Mail Tracked and Signed 24 Hour service aims to deliver within 1 working day of dispatch. Please note this is the courier's estimated timeframe and is not guaranteed.

International Delivery:
Delivery times vary by location, typically 5 to 10 working days from dispatch. However, international deliveries may be subject to delays due to customs clearance, which is outside of our control.


Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, you (the customer) are fully responsible for all import duties, customs charges, taxes, and any other fees imposed by your country.

These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by you directly to the courier or customs authority. We cannot predict what these charges will be as they vary by country.

If you refuse to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, we cannot offer a refund as the banner has been custom made to your specifications.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel through the Royal Mail website.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

Our shipping service requires a signature upon delivery. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection.

Please ensure you provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipment fees may apply in these cases.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

Lost Parcels:
If your parcel has not arrived and tracking shows it as lost, please contact us immediately. Once Royal Mail confirms the parcel is lost, we will replace your banner at no additional cost to you.

Damaged Parcels:
If your banner arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage (including the packaging if possible). We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure your banner is dispatched promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service delays
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Industrial action
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Rush or Expedited Shipping

If you need your banner urgently, please contact us before placing your order to discuss rush production and shipping options. Additional fees may apply.

For international customers requiring faster delivery, we can arrange UPS 2 Day shipping for an upgraded fee. Please email hello@thebanneredit.co.uk for a quote.
